Ans：Lagoon furniture products are sold in the following e-channels, such as: Macy’s.com, Amazon.com, Home Depot.com, Overstock.com, Lowes.com, Plow & Hearth, and Gilt.com/Rue Lala.com. All products on the e-commerce sites are sold with FREE UPS or FedEx shipping.

Ans：Several of our products require assembly. We provide a quick user guide to ensure an easy assembly process.

Ans：We provide a one-year warranty for all products from Lagoon Furniture. Please contact the stores / e-commerce sites where you originally purchased the products for a warranty claim. Most of our products are commercial grade with contract level certifications, i.e., BIFMA, EN581. This means that our products are very safe and durable under normal use.

Ans：Our furniture requires truly little maintenance, since most of our furniture is made up of polypropylene. What this means is that it can be cleaned easily with a cloth and water.

Ans：Our outdoor furniture is made up of grade A materials (polypropylene) sourced within the USA, and it is certified for commercial use (BIFMA and EN581). It is durable against all-weather elements. Resistant to rain, snow, UV rays, water, mold, and mildew.

Ans：Our cushions are made up of outdoor quality materials that ensure a strong resistance to weather. If your cat/dog has a tendency to chew or damage cushions, it is recommended to buy spare cushions.

We only sell cushion covers for our Magnolia series on Amazon right now. If you need covers of other cushions, please contact us via our Contact us option.

Ans：Unfortunately, we do not provide customization service, the color and size of our products is fixed.

Our outdoor series can also be used for indoors, if the decoration is appropriate. Some of our customers do use our outdoor series options indoors. Some indoor chairs will not be recommended for outdoor use because the legs might be made of metal which will then begin to rust due to humidity and rain.

Current customers that we work with include, but are not limited to, wholesale, retail stores, e-commerce, designers, hotels, restaurants, and HOAs etc. We will not only provide our wholesale price list, but also our MSRP and MAP price lists. We want to ensure that all channels follow our MAP policy.

Ans：Unfortunately, we do not provide OEM/ODM, nor color and size customization. The reason for this is because we want to focus on our own brands, Lagoon and Toppy.

Ans：Our average lead time is normally 5-7 days, but this all depends on the “Ship to Address” as well as the shipping method chosen. We currently have two US-based warehouses that focus mainly on fulfillment in the USA. One is in San Diego, California and the other is in Miami, Florida. To encourage our new clients to try our outdoor furniture, we do not put a strict MOQ for initial orders. But we do recommend our clients to purchase at least 1-2 pallets to leverage LTL freight costs. You can also buy directly from our factory in Tijuana, Mexico but the minimum order quantity (MOQ) will be one full truckload (53’). Our payment terms are T/T in advance, and we accept US issued credit card, ACH and wire transfer.

Ans：We sell our furniture to the USA, Mexico, Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and many more.

Ans：Lagoon Furniture America Corp warrants the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that, for a period of up to 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use and conditions, the products covered by this warranty as delivered shall be free of manufacturer defects. The product is designed and manufactured for its intended use only. Wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Where assembly is required, our products are for the consumer to assemble before use. Improperly assembled and/or improper use of the product will void all warranties.
